KUALA LUMPUR: Tunku Abdul Aziz Tunku Ibrahim has stepped down as president of the Malaysian chapter of Transparency International.
“I am leaving at a time when I think the corruption situation is certainly a little better, particularly with the arrival of our new prime minister,” he told a press conference yesterday at the Royal Selangor Club here.
