Japanese mayor impressed with the warm-hearted people of Penang

PENANG: Japanese mayor Terua Ishizuka gave a broad smile as he got down from the plane yesterday. 

“It is such a green place,” said the mayor of Itabashi City, who is leading a 19-men delegation to Penang.
