PETALING JAYA: The latest prize winner of The Star/Maybank Hip List contest has never been fond of using the short messaging service (SMS). 

Engineer Tee Wong Heng, 49, has always struggled to get himself adapted to using the popular handphone function and has found sending text messages a tedious and tiresome chore.
