SANTIAGO: The Apec Business Advisory Council (Abac) has suggested the formation of Free Trade Area Asia-Pacific (FTAAP) to “jolt” the stalled WTO negotiations.
AmBank chairman Tan Sri Azman Hashim, a member of Abac, said the council had forwarded the proposal to the leaders because of the stalled Doha Development Agenda talks.
