PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia does not expect to see any major spillover effect from the latest wave of violence in southern Thailand, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said.
“Our armed forces will monitor the situation closely, but I don’t think there will be a major spillover effect,” he told reporters after chairing the National Social Council meeting here yesterday.
