KUALA LUMPUR: A prominent Indonesian businessman, carrying a Selangor Datukship, was arrested in Singapore by officers from the Securities Commission (SC) here for allegedly misleading the SC in connection with a takeover bid of a public-listed company.
The businessman, who is in his 40s, was arrested at his office on Tuesday night and flown back here yesterday. He is being held at the police lock-up at the KL International Airport.
