MALACCA: The Dataran Pahlawan project, taken over by a new developer recently, hit another snag when the revised building plans were shot down by the Malacca City Council.
Datuk Bandar Zaini Md Nor said the council rejected the new plans submitted two weeks ago by Lianbang Ventures Sdn Bhd, which had replaced Tempamas Sdn Bhd.
