Petronas does not sideline non-bumis

NON-BUMIPUTRA companies are not sidelined from getting Petronas contracts because only 70% of the contracts are allocated for bumiputra companies. 

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Mustapa Mohamed said as the petroleum industry was new and fast emerging, the Government felt it was appropriate to give attention to bumiputra companies.
