Pollution depleted croc food source

KOTA KINABALU: Crocodiles in Sagulid River are attacking human beings because marine life has depleted due to effluents from oil palm factories, said an assemblyman. 

Samsuddin Yahya (BN – Sekong) said crocodiles in that polluted river, located in Sabah's east coast, had attacked at least three people because waste discharged by factories along the riverbank had affected their food source.
