KUALA LUMPUR: A coroner’s court has postponed indefinitely the inquest into the identity of a body found in the Klang River on May 23 following an application by the lawyer representing the mother of missing suspect G. Francis Udayappan.
Magistrate Nazran Mohd Sham, who was sitting as coroner, allowed the adjournment after M. Puravalen said he would be filing an application to the High Court here today to review the coroner’s ruling which disallowed him from examining witnesses and court evidence.
