KUALA LUMPUR: A signature on a letter from NKK Corporation, Japan requesting a ¥2.891bil (RM98.6mil) payment was not of its director, N. Otani, the sessions court here heard yesterday.
Chemistry Department document examiner Wong Kong Yong said his examination of the signature on the letter dated Feb 17, 1994, did not match Otani’s signature on three other letters addressed to Perwaja Rolling Mill and Development Sdn Bhd.
