KEPALA BATAS: More than 500 students from several primary schools greeted the National Day “Kembara Merdeka Jalur Gemilang 2004” convoy at Bumbung Lima, near the Penang-Kedah border, here yesterday.
The vehicles, draped in the Jalur Gemilang, crossed the Merdeka bridge at 3.50pm and made a brief stop at the Kepala Batas town.
