KUALA LUMPUR: Shah Alam City Council engineer Hanif Basree Abdul Rahman, the man accused of murdering Noritta Samsudin, walked out of court a free man yesterday without his defence being called.
High Court Justice Abdull Hamid Embong ruled that the prosecution had not made a prima facie case against Hanif, ending a six-month ordeal for him and his family.
