PUTRAJAYA: Malaysian-registered ships and ports have successfully complied with the requirements of the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code, which comes into effect today.
The code was introduced by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) to detect and deter acts of terrorist attacks.
