PENANG: The DAP has urged law enforcement authorities to buck up in providing security to fishermen who are living in fear of piracy in the Straits of Malacca.
Its chairman, Lim Kit Siang, said the incident on Monday where Indonesian gunmen allegedly abducted three fishermen further compounded their fears.
