PETALING JAYA: It is vital that employers help their maids get settled in during the first month if they want to strike a long-term relationship, according to an employment agency.
Agensi Perkerjaan Mingway managing director Poh Kok Kian said during the first month, employers should help make their maids feel at home and to completely understand their culture and background.
