KUALA LUMPUR: Cuepacs wants the Public Services Department (PSD) to explain the requirements needed to pass an efficiency level test for increments.
The call came following the poor results of the first batch of civil servants who sat for the Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan (Assessment of Efficiency Level) test.
