Siti simply the best


Siti bagged four awards at the Anugerah Industri Muzik 2004 last night.

KUALA LUMPUR: Pop princess Siti Nurhaliza proved that she is still the best in the local music industry when she bagged four awards at the Anugerah Industri Muzik 2004 (AIM 2004) held at the Dewan Merdeka, Putra World Trade Centre here last night.  

Siti won Best Vocal performance in an Album (Female), Best Pop Album, Best Musical Arrangement in an Album and Best Album of the Year for her album entitled Emas. 

Reshmonu, a favourite for the night, bagged three awards through his debut album Monumental when he took home the Best Vocal Performance in an Album (Male), Best Local English Artiste and Best Engineered Album awards. 

Other winners were Too Phat and Pete Teo, who won two awards each. 

Pop rock outfit Exist and rock group May won an award for the first time.
