NEW YORK: Malaysia has called for greater international co-operation to enable developing countries improve their capacity to deal with increasing road traffic deaths.
Its Permanent Represen- tative to the United Nations Datuk Rastam Mohd Isa said that the building of partnerships involving all parties within countries and on a global basis should be encouraged.
