PUTRAJAYA: Maintaining a presentable appearance, including having thin sideburns and a trimmed moustache, and driving a fire engine or department vehicle properly are among the 18 points in a code of ethics introduced by the Fire and Rescue Department for its 11,000 personnel nationwide.
The code came into force at the end of last year.
