KUALA LUMPUR: Learner drivers are upset that they have to pay an additional RM10 for a passport-sized digital photograph in addition to the RM27 they are charged to sit for the Highway Code test.
From this extra charge, the three companies licensed by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) to conduct the test will net a revenue of RM2.4mil from the estimated 240,000 learner drivers annually.
