PENANG: A police corporal and a trader were arrested for allegedly slashing a man on the head and arms with a knife after a quarrel at a coffeeshop in Air Itam here.
The two men, who were in their 30s, were nabbed by a team from the George Town Serious Crime branch at 12.30pm yesterday.
