PENANG: There were huge crowds and packed function rooms at the two-day Star Education Fair 2004, which concluded yesterday.
The Penang International Sports Arena in Relau, where the fair was held, saw thousands of visitors streaming in to check out numerous booths offering the latest tertiary courses and programmes.
