GRADUATES from local and foreign institutions of higher learning may be knowledgeable but lack expertise in specific areas, according to a senior government official.
Quoting Human Resources Ministry secretary-general Datuk Dr Mohd Yahya Nordin, a report in Berita Harian said many graduates failed to get jobs matching their qualifications because they were lacking in the practical and specialisation aspects.
