KUALA LUMPUR: A magistrates court has ruled that the cautioned statement taken from the man accused of fixing a spy camera in actress Nasha Azizs apartment is admissible.
Magistrate Ida Hanani Abd Karim said the prosecution had proved that the statement recorded under Section 113 of the Criminal Procedure Code from Ahmad Bakhtiar Abdul Kayoom, 26, was voluntarily made.
