IPOH: Parti Keadilan supreme council member N. Gobalakrishnan has applied for a revision on the decision by a magistrate’s court that the police had not violated a four-day remand term issued on him.
Gobalakrishnan, 42, who is on trial at the Tapah magistrate’s court for allegedly speeding off from a roadblock and knocking down a policeman in the process, personally handed over the application to the registrar at the High Court here yesterday.
