KANGAR: Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim wants petty traders in Perlis who need funds to obtain loans from the state government or its foundations instead of loan sharks.
The government was willing to help fund poor traders through its own welfare funds or foundations, Shahidan said.
