KUALA LUMPUR: A PAS document on what constitutes an Islamic state will be launched on the first day of Ramadan, said the party's information chief Datuk Dr Harun Din.
He said the party was releasing the document as planned, and not because it was pressured by the media or the Barisan Nasional.
