KUCHING: The Registrar of Societies (ROS) did not declare the status of the Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak’s triennial delegates conference (TDC) held on July 24 and 25 in Bintulu, said Datuk Dr James Masing.
He said what the registrar had said in a letter to him was that as the TDC was not held in accordance with the provisions of the party constitution, its decisions were unacceptable.
