A BACKBENCHER was miffed by Deputy Energy, Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Tan Chai Ho’s explanation that two post offices in his constituency were not computerised because they handled less than 250 transactions daily.

“Of course, there are few transactions. If computers are available, the post office can handle more work,” said Mah Siew Keong (BN - Teluk Intan).
