PUTRAJAYA: Owners of motorcycles 150cc and below must pay RM2 for a new motor vehicle licence or renewal, following the Budget 2004 regulation to exempt this category of motorcycles from road tax.
Those who had paid the usual amount on or after last Saturday could get a refund at the Road Transport Department (JPJ).
