DAMASCUS: The level of corruption in Malaysia is still controllable as it is considered something abhorrent and to be to practised in hiding or “under the table,” Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad said.
Admitting that Malaysia was not free of the scourge, the Prime Minister said the incidence of corruption was low compared to many other countries where bribery had became acceptable culture and done in the open or “over the table.”
