THE Health Ministry has put the blame on the Public Services Commission for the poor response from foreign doctors to serve in the country, Utusan Malaysia reported on its front page.
It quoted the ministrys parliamentary secretary S. Sothinathan, as saying that the hiring process from advertising to issuance of offer letters took months and many foreign doctors ended up accepting offers from other countries.
