KLANG: A 17-year-old youth suspected of abducting and raping a woman allegedly committed the offence while he was out on bail for an illegal assembly charge, said district OCPD Asst Comm A. Paramasivam.
The suspect, who had a previous robbery conviction, was identified along with his 16-year-old friend as having abducted and raped the woman, he said yesterday.
