TANGKAK: Former MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik said he is “101% sure” that he will not be contesting in the next general election.
“It is time for me to retire as I have served for seven terms. MCA is in good hands as we have a group of new leaders who are capable in serving the country, the party and its members well,” he said.
