PENANG: The highest state award, the Darjah Utama Pangkuan Negeri (DUPN), will now carry the title Datuk Seri Utama, following the creation of a new second highest award that will carry the title Datuk Seri – the Darjah Panglima Pangkuan Negeri (DPPN).
