Have officer to handle complaints, depts urged

KANGAR: The Public Services Department (PSD) wants all government departments to appoint a public relations officer each to handle public complaints.  

PSD director-general Tan Sri Jamaluddin Ahmad Damanhuri said the departments had to identify suitable officers to co-ordinate all public complaints and refer them to the public complaints bureau under the Prime Minister’s Department.
