PETALING JAYA: Chinese nationals and night market traders are said to be openly selling flashlight stun guns, which are considered as weapons in Malaysia.
MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Michael Chong, who purchased a flashlight stun gun here from a Chinese national, said he lodged a complaint with Kuala Lumpur police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Dell Akhbar Khan on the sale of the banned item.
