PETALING JAYA: The seven expressway operators without Touch 'n Go will not be able to meet the June 1 deadline set by the Works Ministry for the electronic toll collection system to be installed, Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Swinder Grewal said.

She said she had signed agreements with two of them while negotiations with the other five were on-going, and it would not be possible for the system to be set up within the next three days.
