KUALA LUMPUR: The United States is trying to “out-terrorise the terrorists” but this will only result in it being the target of attacks in many other places, said Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

The Prime Minister pointed out that he had repeatedly said that when a country tried to counter terrorism through killing or by invading another country, this would bring about consequences like suicide bombings.
