KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed July 9 to hear Heryati Abdul Rahim's application for the release of her six-year-old daughter from alleged illegal confinement by the son of her former husband, Tun Ghafar Baba.
The habeas corpus application, which Heryati had filed against Tamrin, was to be heard before Justice S. Augustine Paul yesterday but did not go on after Heryati's counsel, Ramkarpal Singh, asked for an adjournment.
