Cop denies taking bribe

MALACCA: A detective claimed trial in a Sessions Court yesterday with accepting a RM800 bribe as an inducement not to disclose information of a man operating vice activities in a hotel. 

Lans Kpl Adam Salimon, 44, of Taman Melaka Baru, was alleged to have agreed to accept the sum at Rumah Tumpangan Tong Wah in Jalan Kee Ann at 11.05am on March 11 last year.
