BUTTERWORTH: The Government has been urged to reactivate the Retrenched Workers Retraining Fund due to the softening labour market.
In making the call, state Human Resource, Economic Planning and Education Committee chairman Datuk Dr Toh Kin Woon said it was vital to relaunch the fund due to the effects of the SARS outbreak and the war in Iraq.
