KOTA KINABALU: Umno secretary-general Tan Sri Khalil Yaakob said he was wrongly quoted by newspapers and Bernama yesterday as saying that he did not see any problem in Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan’s application to join Umno.
He said he did not make such a remark.
