PENANG: DAP is mulling a new general election campaign strategy of training a 1,000-strong “publicists” in each parliamentary constituency to brief voters on various issues with priority on PAS' Islamic state concept.
Party secretary-general Kerk Kim Hock said the party had to change to keep up with the times in terms of strategies and ways of approaching the people.
