THE peace rally held at Bukit Jalil is a symbol of Malaysia's camaraderie with the international community in denouncing the use of force to resolve both the Iraqi and Palestinian crises, said Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.
The rally, he said, may never influence the United States and its allies to back down on their decision to use military might but it was held to show the international community that Malaysia shared the same feelings over the two issues.
