KUALA LUMPUR: More than RM100mil has so far been raised for the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) development fund, said MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik.
He said about RM200mil would be needed for the first phase of developing Utar.
