SEPANG: Human error and systems failure are the causes of the frequent breakdowns in the baggage handling system at the KL International Airport (KLIA), said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik.
He said the luggage problem at the country’s biggest airport was staff-related and the system operating the baggage belt was a contributing factor.
