KUALA LUMPUR: The hopes of about 200 medical graduates from unrecognised foreign universities, were dashed when the Cabinet ruled that they would not be exempted from the local final-year examination.
They can take the examination in any of three universities – Universiti Malaya, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universiti Sains Malaysia – and must pass within three sittings.
