KUALA TERENGGANU: PAS is prepared to accept a new ruling, proposed by the Election Commission (EC) that every election candidate is to sign a pledge to curb negative campaigning, if the regulation is aimed at ensuring fair and free polls, said PAS acting president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang.
He said the most important thing that should be stressed by the EC was to see to an election that was held fairly and transparently.
